Lost or Missing Digital Files

If you do not receive an email with your ebook download link or if you have lost the file at some point after purchase, just send a message to [email protected] and I will ensure you get your download link.

Loading ePub File onto eReader

Your ebook will be sent as an ePub file which should be compatible with any e-reader you have available. If you run into any issues loading the book onto your device, send me an email at [email protected] and I will help you troubleshoot!

Refunds

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please send an email to [email protected] with any transaction information you are able to provide. Provided you are within the 30-day refund period, your refund will be processed in full within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at [email protected].
